You will receive an email with tracking info that you can refresh seven times a day until it gets to your house... or am I the only one that does that?
For more information, please see our shipping policies.
Q: What do I do if my order is lost in transit, stolen or arrives damaged?
A: Oh no! We told those postal carriers NOT to play football with your package. Please see our policy on missing and stolen packages.

A: Generally speaking, we make cold process soap. Cold process soap is created by blending fatty oils (for example, olive, coconut and palm oil, and by the way, we source our palm oil from sustainable RSPO suppliers) with a sodium hydroxide (lye) solution. After the soap is cut into bars, it will cure for several weeks before it's ready to go home to you. A full ingredient list for each soap is listed on the corresponding item page.
A: Oh heck no! We only use eco-friendly, biodegradable glitter in ALL of our products. We will never use plastic glitter because of the effects on the environment.
A: Here at The Succulent Soapery, we try to minimize the using single use plastics whenever possible. Our bar soaps are packaged in paperboard boxes and most of our products contain no plastic packaging. We ship in recyclable cardboard boxes with biodegradable paper packing tape and paper shred packing material. We're just over here trying to save the earth one step at a time!
